Happy New Year everyone!!! You know that I make Cakes, Cupcakes, and Cookies. Well, now I am trying to bake other things. I tried a recipe to make Focaccia bread using my mixer. It looked awesome, but it was a bit harder than the real Focaccia bread and it didn't taste as good as the store bought ones. I still have some ways to go before I master this one. I will try it again in the next few weeks.
